i heard an interview with grizzly bear on npr a few weeks ago. i guess they were performing live a few months ago and the looked out into the audience to see............ Jay Z and Beyonce were there!?! and Jay Z was rocking out a little!!!???!!!
the interviewer asked the band if they felt like they'd been transported to another world when that happened, and one of the band members said "not really. i think it's Jay Z's world. we all just live in it."
i've thought of this many times since i heard it... i kinda think he's right.
